Return & Refund Policy

 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

All capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Return and Refund Policy y shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy “you” (also including “your”) means the Customer who accesses or uses our Website, and who has already made a purchase on our Website and whose funds have been credited to our account.

 

1.           IN CASE IF A WRONG PACKAGE IS SELECTED

1.1 After the Online Content is paid for, our manager will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the order and email address or other means of communication for providing access to the Online Content. A link to ordered Online Content for downloading will be sent to you in one dispatch usually within 1 hour after conversation with a manager. If the manager cannot reach you using the provided phone number, the link to your ordered Online Content for downloading will be sent to an email address indicated by you in the registration form.

1.2 If you have selected a wrong package, you shall notify Fast Consultation as soon as possible in order to change the package and make the necessary payments or to have the erroneously paid amount refunded. You can notify Fast Consultation during a conversation with the manager, by filling out the form on our Website: https://www.fastconsultationltd.com/ or by sending us an email: mail@fastconsultationltd.com.

1.3 If you choose the wrong package as a consequence that we did not provide enough information for you to select the correct package and you are eligible for a refund, Fast Consultation also offers you the option to change the package and get a refund of the price difference as follows:

1.3.1 if the new package is cheaper: we give you the opportunity to download a new package and receive refund of the amount equal to the difference in the cost of the packages. Refund will be effected within 30 days from downloading a new package. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

1.3.2  if the new package is more expensive: we will ask you to pay the cost of the new package, taking into account the discount on the amount of the previously paid package, after which we will give you the opportunity to download a new package.

1.4 Please be informed that before downloading the Online Content, you confirm that you are aware that you will lose your right to cancel the order and you agree to an instant download. Оnline Сontent is considered to be downloaded from the moment we provided you with access to the Оnline Сontent for download, i.e. from the moment we sent the download link to your email. Once the link to download has been sent to you, a refund is not possible.

 

2. IF YOU RECEIVED A PAYMENT CONFIRMATION BUT WAS NOT GRANTED ACCESS TO THE ONLINE CONTENT

2.1 If you have purchased Online Content, and you have received a payment confirmation by mail, but you have not been granted access to the Online Content, please contact us no later than 3 days from the date of payment by filling out the form on our Website: https://www.fastconsultationltd.com/ or by sending us an email: mail@fastconsultationltd.com and we will check the reason. We will consider your request and within 5 working days we will provide an order report and confirmation of the decision to refund or a reasoned refusal.

2.2 We are not responsible for the cases when we have sent you Online Content, but for reasons beyond our control you have not received it by email or if you contacted us later than within 3 days from the date of payment.

2.3 If you do not get access to the Online Content through Fast Consultation’s fault, the fee you have paid shall be refunded within 30 days from receiving the order report and confirmation of the decision to refund. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

2.4 If you fail to access to the Online Content for any other reason, Fast Consultation shall be deemed to have properly provided access to the Online Content, and the fee shall not be refunded.

 

3. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

3.1 We reserve the right to ask you for proof that you bought an Online Content from us. This should be a confirmation of payment. When you make a payment at our Website, you indicate your email. After we receive your payment, a confirmation of payment is sent to the specified email.

 

4. ADDITIONAL REASONS FOR DENIED REFUNDS

4.1 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

4.1.1 Package was downloaded by you before the refund has been requested.

4.1.2 Multiple refunds have been requested by you for the same package.

4.1.3 Excessive refunds have been requested by you (applicable if you request a refund in excess of the amount you actually paid for chosen online content).

4.1.4 You have your access to the Website terminated or access to the Online Content blocked due to a violation of our Terms of Use. Please refer for details to the clause 9.1 of the Terms of Use.

4.2 These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

5. DISCLAIMER

5.1 Our Refund and Return Policy does not apply to cases when you may not like the online content, if you have suffered damages through the Online Content, and in such cases we exclude our liability and we do not refund money for Online Content, and we do not reimburse your losses.

5.2 If you have purchased our Online Content, received confirmation of payment, and believe that Online Content has false or outdated information, reimbursement or refund is determined on a case-by-case basis, only if you provide written evidence that Online Content has false or outdated information, referring to international or state legal acts.
